My favorite song would be pure imagination because it’s really calm and the lyrics is really nice.
I’m sorry for not writing as much I ran out of ideas.

Achievements and regrets.

The achievements I have would be making really good friends that make me happy. Another achievement would be getting good grades and not failing anything. A regret would be hanging out with the wrong people and acting different. Goals I have for seventh grade would be stay friends with the same people because there really good for me and make sure I don’t act bad. Another goal for seventh grade would be to still have good grades and be cool with my teachers and have no beef.

MAP Testing

Map testing was like always boring and quite. Sitting in front of screen really isn’t fun. For my Math test I went up by 10 points I honestly thought I was gonna go down . For my reading I went down like 7 points which sucks so much :( . For my language I went down as well but I retook it . The only good thing about testing was the part where it makes all of our classes shorter and we get to be in excel for a longer period of time. I retook my language test trying to beat my score which is really good because I went up by 4 points so I get the reward for going up in at least 2 test. I was really going toward the special reward which was if you went up in 3 but sadly I didn’t go up:(

Positives of the week

One positive of this week would be being able to dress down all week which was fun especially since we had  MAP testing so we were able to be comfortable. The second positive would be getting my nails done 💅 with my mom. She wanted to have a bonding time with me since she’s gonna be in Mexico for mother’s day. The third positive of the week would be walking home.

Posting 50 blogs.

 This is supposed to be my 50th blog, but since I did Slice of Life I have over 50. It feels weird how we’ve been doing blog post since the begging of the school year and it’s about to be the end of the year and we’re still blogging it seems as if we started yesterday which clearly wasn’t yesterday. Doing the blogs was really easy and fun I kinda started slacking of and wrote less which was really really bad but I kinda got my game and wrote a lot again.

Reading Night

Reading Night was kinda fun. I made a bookmark and a magnet which was really fun. I went with my mom and my older sister because my brother was getting an award. My brother got there kinda late since he had a volleyball game. The point of reading night was for creative fun and so the students who earned it to receive an award for their hard work.  At the end of  family reading night they gave out prizes. You had to participate in the activity’s to receive a ticket to get an award.

Analyzing a poem

 The poem that I’m analyzing is The Best.

It is an encouraging poem. Telling you how you should try your best. That if you try your best you won’t regret anything of have second thought on it . Even if you didn’t try your best as long as you gave it your all and didn’t give up you will be okay and you should be proud.

Favorite poem

This is my favorite poem because it states how things are possible with a new day and we are given new beginnings. How we shouldn’t give up or given in that we’re strong enough to fight our way and it’s possible.

Chicago history project

For my Chicago history project I’m writing about John Wayne Gacy. John Wayne Gacy was a serial killer clown in Illinois. He killed 33 young men. When he was done with his victims he would burry them in a crawl space in his house. He had a death penalty so on. They killed him with lethal injections. They killed him this wat because he had a death penalty. His father would beat him with Razor straps. He was born in Chicago Illinois.

Quarter 4 Goals

My fourth quarter goals are the same as always get good grades, pay more attention, participate, but since it’s quarter 4 our last quarter my new goals are to have as much fun possible with my friends and to just in joy every last minute I have with them before seventh grade. My other goal is also to make amends with people who don’t like me or say sorry if I hurt someone cause I want to start fresh in seventh grade. For fourth quarter I want to turn everything in on time and try not to get any twos. Quarter 3 I only got 1 two and that was in art for not being organized in my projects which is one thing I know I’m going to do better next year for sure. For quarter four I also want to participate more in gym I always do what they say to do but I do t always do it my best.

Spring break

During spring break I went to the movies and the mall. I went to watch ready player one which is a really nice movies. I went to the mall with my mom to buy new clothes that was pretty awesome. I wasn’t aloud to hangout with friends because I was grounded which made no sense because my mom said it was because my room was “dirty” which wasn’t but that was that. I went to my cousins house on Wednesday which was fun cause I got to carry my baby cousin although he weighs a lot for 4 month old baby. The rest of the break I was in my room watching Netflix which is like awesome. My mom made go to church which felt like forever. After church we went to breakfast and had to wait 45 minutes to get seated. After breakfast we went home and changed to more comfortable clothes to go to my aunts house. Me and my brother had look for Easter eggs because of my little cousin which was the worst. We had to let her get the most because she’s supper sensitive. Me and my brother had this bet where whoever had the most Easter eggs has to do the others chores. Which was the worst thing I ever did he beats me every year and he one this year again I had to walk my dog and clean the basement for a whole week. Our basement is pretty basic. All there is, is a bathroom which I didn’t clean, the tv our video games and 3 couches near the fire place. It wasn’t much I just had vacuum.

Slice of life #29

 In math class I had nothing to do. I finished my math test yesterday so I had nothing to do. I finished all my science homework and social studies. I had nothing to do so I was just sitting there doing my Kahn academy I went up 2 point which is sooo fun. One person didn’t finish the test so we all had to sit there and wait for that one person but they never finished so I just sat there. I wonder when there going to be done. This sucks. Some lady walked into to the classroom half way during in the class and just sat there. She was sitting in table all the way in the back not doing any thing just watching us do nothing. I honestly got so bored I wanted to fall asleep but I know that’s worth a foul. Is it worth it is a foul worth it. I can’t. I’m just going to sit her doing nothing.

Slice of life #28

“Ok come on Stephanie”
Me and Goretti ran to the other side of the gym by as we were going they threw the ball at us. We both jumped. I almost bumped into her so when landing I stepped wrong and my knee bended. OMGGG it hurts so much but I have to ghetto the other side. I was trying to get up but I couldn’t. As soon as I got to my feet pain urged through my leg and I couldn’t put force on it. I tried walking but I limped. Alexis saw me and she helped me go up to Mr.Vallone. “Um Mr.Vallone can I sit out?” He saw how I was limping and couldn’t walk so he left me sit out and asked me “do you want to go to the nurse?” “No I’m good” Alexis was helping me get to the bleachers where I sat. I tried moving it around but it didn’t work my leg would just hurt even more and I hated it. I kinda felt like crying but I didn’t I held it in. Alyssa went up to me “are you ok?” “Yeah I’ll be fine” “ok feel better. “Thanks”. She walked away and I just sat there watching everyone else play.

Spring Break Plans

For this Spring Break it’s going to be the usual. By usual I mean staying at home going out with my family, going to my friends house or mall. One thing I’m doing for sure is to running with my brother cause I lost a bet. I’m going out with my mom almost everyday. It usually breakfast, the movies, and going to my aunts house we’re i get to be with my cousins which is the worst thing ever. I’m probably going to my friends house or the mall since we don’t see each other very often because she lives kinda far from me. Rather than that I’m going to watch Netflix every day and fight with my brother cause there’s nothing better than that. If I do anything super exciting is probably going to an arcade with my family. Hopefully there no bad weather that can ruin any of the plans. If there is any bad weather hopefully my mom doesn’t change her mind if there’s bad weather.

Insensitive day

I didn’t get insensitive Day. I was to lazy to do the IXL and Newsela, but the insensitive Day was a reward for anyone who did the GSame o for the gold challenge. We had to do a specific amount of IXLs and get them to 100%. We also had to do 4 Newselas that had 3 more in side so 12 articles. There was bronze, silver, and gold. Everyone who had one of the rankings got insensitive and falcon dollars. Others who choose not to had to stay in class and do work like me. :)

Slice of life#23

I really don’t want to present in social studies. Uhhhhh
“Sandra did you do the presentation?” “Yeah did you?” “Yup”
“Good thing is we’re not pressing” omg yess I don’t have to present. “That’s good” I replied. Mr. D was putting the the trailers on and when he put mine I turned red. “It’s ok” Sandra told me trying to make me feel better. “I hope so” when my trailer was over they clapped like everyone else’s. “Good you were creative” Sandra told me “thanks I guess” I replied “no problem” she smiled and put her attention back to the smart board. I looked up and like always Diego was laughing. By this point I really didn’t care what he had to say so I ignored him for the rest of the class period.

Where’s Sandra she’s not here yet oh nooooo.

“Brianna is Sandra here yet?” “No” what if she doesn’t come that’s not good she has to come. “Maybe she’s a little late” “what if she doesn’t come tho Bri” I went in excel and I was worried Sandra wasn’t gonna come to school. If Sandra doesn’t come I’m gonna have a terrible terrible day and we’ll we don’t want that. When excel was over I went to the hallway and waited to see if she was here or not. I was going to go in to math when I saw. I went up to her and asked “what happened Gavina” “I had to go to wallgreens” I just laughed “why” “cause I’m sick” “that makes sense”.

  “Let’s go to working lunch Karen” “ok”
Karen and me got our food and we’re going to working lunch with Ms.Haury when we found out it was closed. “Now what” Karen asked. “We could go with Ms.Choe I mean Sandra and Brianna are there” I replied “nah let’s just go to the lunch room” she answered. We walked to the lunchroom and heard the loud roar of students. “I’m gonna go to the bathroom” I told her. “Ok me to then” she replied. We went to the bathroom and stayed there for a while. “Let’s just stay in here” “no we’re gonna get in trouble come on” “uhhh ok” she replied. We were walking to the lunch room and nether of us wanted to walk to our table so we stayed in a table in front with our friends. “We could be in quiteness but no I’m here in the loud lunch room” she told me in an anger voice. “Sorry”

MSD Support

   If you don’t know what MSD is it’s the school in Florida where 17 people died. I’m supporting this cause by going to the rally the school is offering to the students. The shooting was wrong because the 17 victims had there whole life ahead of them and one person took that away from them. This was one of the top 10 shooting in United States History. This shooting sadly happened on February 14, On Valentine’s Day.
